C---Figures such as (001-1234.A) at the front of each title are our book / catalogue location codes to help us find the books. Signatures, fly-leaf inscriptions, and bookplates are not mentioned except where rarity demands it or where they are obtrusive.

D---A Lay-A-Way plan is available for items which cost in excess of $400.00. Maximum lay-a-way period is 90 days. An initial down payment of 1/3 the total purchase price, including postage/ins is required. Failure to pay in full within the 90 day period will constitute a forfeiture of all monies paid on the purchase as of the expiration of the 90 day period. Canceled orders and delinquent accounts forfeit payments made and future lay-a-way privileges. No switching, refunds or returns will be allowed on lay-a-ways. No cash refund on lay-a-way items.

E---Buyer pays postage and insurance fees. All orders sent UPS (unless otherwise requested). $6.75 FIRST VOLUME, $2.00 2nd VOLUME and $1.00 PER VOLUME THEREAFTER. Because we use UPS, please give a street address, NO P.O. BOX NUMBERS. We will ship items 1 or 2 Day Air for an additional fee. We will ship via US Postal System only on request- An additional fee WILL be charged for insurance on ALL USPS shipments. TN residences' must include 9.1/4% Sales Tax.

F---Foreign buyers: Overseas postage is based on country of destination, weight, via surface rate, and fully insured. Please remit in US Funds. All Foreign purchases will be shipped via surface rate, unless YOU request Air Service (extra postage required).

HOW TO ORDER:
A----You may purchase ONLINE or CALL, FAX or E-Mail to reserve items that you want. PHONE or FAX orders may be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If we are not able to take your voice call, PLEASE leave your order on the answering machine. When placing an order give the AUTHOR, TITLE, CATALOGUE NUMBER, ITEM NUMBER, PRICE, YOUR NAME, FULL ADDRESS, and PHONE NUMBER. If we do not respond within 24 hours, assume the item is in stock and remit payment. If you have any questions we are usually in the shop from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Mon. thru. Fri. and 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Sat. If you place a PHONE or FAX order, the item you want will be reserved for 5 days awaiting payment, unless you use your credit card. Item will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

B----Make checks or money orders payable to "BOHEMIAN BRIGADE BOOKSHOP".

C----All items are subject to prior sale. Alternates are recommended.

D----If for some reason you decide to cancel your order, please call or write within 5 days, or your name WILL be deleted from the mailing list.

E----All orders must be prepaid, except: libraries, museums, historical societies, and dealers, who will be billed subject to PRIOR arrangement.

F----Same day shipment -- most orders>< personal checks require 1-2 weeks to clear the bank and will delay your order.

G----If there are books that you are looking for, please let us know as we maintain want lists for our patrons. Also, keep us in mind if you are looking to sell your collection . . . we purchase collections.
